Review
Reggae singer, Shaggy (a.k.a., "Mr. Lover"), took the stage next. He too put on a surprisingly enjoyable performance. The Jamaican native, with his partner Rayvon, maintained the crowds enthusiasm generated by Stroke. The songs, including his new hit, "Dance and Shout," were full of energy and so catchy that even the straight-faced security guards were singing along. Shaggy, with his seductive dancing and good looks were definitely a lady’s man, but perhaps even more memorable than the music was Shaggy's party attitude. A noise-making contest was held between the right and left sides of the audience to determine who knew how to supposedly party better—at least louder. It was finally determined by Shaggy himself that, "Nobody parties better than Seattle and
Tacoma people party!"
