| Charlie Lubega and Shaggy arrive at Ange
Mystique. | It was one party that
any fun-loving Kampalan would have given anything to attend. Brenda Musoke
of Moringa Ogilvy, the event Public Relations firm, must have had
sleepless nights over the number of calls she was receiving from those
seeking invites.
The cocktail
that was supposed to be 'mix with Shaggy' kind of thing took place at Ange
Mystique.
Fans, some of
whom have bought the Jamaican born reggae star's every record, turned up
at Ange Mystique to have a good look at Shaggy, probably get jiggy with
him, get autographs and photo opportunities with the celebrity. The
cards stated that the party was starting at 7 p.m. And many fans kept
time. Shaggy arrived three hours later.

| Shaggy meets Uganda's music star Jose
Chameleone. | Together with his
entourage of 22, he was given a red carpet welcome and ushered in by
Sylvia Owori's Ziper Models all dressed in skimpy shredded white outfits.
Few fans had
a glance at him though when he arrived. He stood at the entrance of the
second floor of Mystique and said 'hello Uganda' before being hurriedly
whisked onto the third floor, highly guarded by kanyamas.
Several
Ugandan girls who expected to mingle with him were disappointed as he
arrived with company from New York.
The beers,
all Nile breweries brands and soft drinks flowed till late, on the
house.
